General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Applicable to orders placed through the online shop.

Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales of wine concluded between E.A.R.L. Grand Brun (SIRET 502 753 908 00016), 31 Avenue du Fort Médoc, 33460 Cussac-Fort-Médoc, hereinafter “the Seller”, and any natural person of legal age making a purchase on the website chateau-grand-brun.com, hereinafter “the Buyer”.
Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 — Legal age
The sale of alcohol to minors under eighteen (18) years of age is prohibited (Articles L.3342-1 and L.3353-3 of the French Public Health Code). By confirming their order, the Buyer declares that they are 18 years of age or over on the date of the order. Proof of identity may be required upon delivery or collection.
Article 3 — Products and prices
The products offered for sale are the wines presented on the website, subject to available stock. Photographs are as faithful as possible but are not contractually binding (in particular the vintage shown on the label).
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Ordering and payment
Payment is made online by bank card via the secure Stripe platform. The Seller never has access to the Buyer's card details. The order becomes final only once payment has been confirmed.
A summary e-mail is sent to the Buyer after payment.
Article 5 — Delivery and collection
Orders are, at the Buyer's choice:
- shipped to the address given at the time of ordering, in reinforced packaging designed for transporting bottles;
- or collected free of charge from the shop — Avenue du Haut Médoc, 33460 Cussac-Fort-Médoc, Tuesday to Saturday, 3 pm to 6 pm.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
Products must be returned intact, unopened and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the Buyer. Refunds are issued within fourteen (14) days of the products being recovered.
Article 7 — Complaints and guarantees

Article 8 — Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Buyer shall first contact the Seller to seek an amicable solution. In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer may make free use of a consumer mediation service. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; drink in moderation. The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
